We had a slight hiccup this morning with our structural framing brackets. The clamping brackets they tried to give us were not made for what we had. In the picture on the left the opening on this bracket is 4" wide (with the bolts all the way out). The bracket they had for us, that was already installed on the framing arms, had only a 1" opening (pictures below). This was unfortunate because the building design is metal beam then 2x4 then 2x4, this equals 3-1/2" tall. The structural framing brackets had to be removed by the framing company, then we could get new brackets that could be mounted in place then secured to the metal arms in the ceiling. They were not able to complete the switch until late this afternoon.
We will pick up new framing brackets tomorrow.
This bracket is made to go around the metal beams only, not the metal beam and 2x4s. This is one we received.

Since we could not start the new framing install, we changed direction and started running some electrical.
At 11:00 am today we received some of our electrical materials to start the electrical install. New wall brackets were installed on the south end of the building to bring the conduit to below beam height. Then some of the ceiling conduit was installed
Due to the framing mishap we had a slower progress day then we would have liked and need make the time up in days to come
